Clinical Reflexology
Evidence-informed, results-focused foot therapy for real outcomes
Welcome to a more advanced approach to reflexology. This is Clinical Reflexology—grounded in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic outcomes, delivered by a practitioner trained to degree level in the UK.
Unlike generalised or spa-based reflexology, clinical reflexology is not a “pampering foot rub.” It is a precise complementary therapy that works with the nervous system, circulation, and lymphatic flow to support the body’s natural ability to rebalance and heal.
What Makes This Different?
- Degree-level trained in Clinical Reflexology from LEEDS METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY - A UK-accredited university
- Treatment plans informed by client history, symptoms, and evidence-based protocols
- Focused support for chronic conditions, stress, hormonal imbalance, pain, sleep, digestion, and more
- Suitable alongside medical treatment, with full consideration of contraindications and client safety
What to Expect from Your Session
Each session begins with a tailored consultation, allowing time to understand your needs and goals. Reflexology is applied through precise techniques on the feet that correspond to various organs and systems of the body. The results often include deep relaxation, improved symptom management, and a sense of physical and emotional balance. Treatments are calm, deeply restorative, and precisely applied—activating reflex points that correspond to systems of the body. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, but the work goes deeper than that.
Who Is It For?
Clinical Reflexology is well-suited for those looking for more than general wellness. It’s ideal for:
- People managing long-term conditions or recovery
- Those seeking support with migraines, sleep issues, digestive concerns, or hormonal health
- Clients undergoing conventional medical care looking for complementary support
- Anyone who prefers a serious, clinical approach to their wellbeing

Reflexology is much more than a foot massage. Reflexology has been practiced in some form or another since the time of ancient Egypt! There are people all over the world who will attest to the help and relief that Reflexology has given them. Whether it is gaining insight into their physiology, finding relief from chronic aches and pains, improving sleep or feeling more relaxed – reflexology can be effective for you!
The way that reflexology is generally accepted and described is that of a relaxation therapy. Indeed, it does produce a state of relaxation and invigoration, but its full potential is not generally recognised because the most effective techniques are not being used by the majority of reflexologists. Most of the techniques taught and used barely scratch the surface of therapeutic effectiveness!
