Sharon is a Certified Registered Reflexology Therapist in Trenton with training to Degree Level.  Sharon also specializes in Reflexology in Pregnancy and Baby Reflexology.

Since Sharon started as a reflexologist in Newcastle England in 2008 she has continually experimented and then monitored the effects of different techniques and approaches to reflexology.

The training and accumulated experience have enabled the development of Different Reflexology Techniques, some of which are adapted and refined from existing practices, others are her own unique discoveries.  Sharon also trained in ADVANCED REFLEXOLOGY techniques during her degree programme in Integrated Medicine.  Sharon is qualified in VRT Vertical Reflexology Therapy which has shown amazing results for in particular skeletal and muscular issues.  It is an ideal therapy for the elderly as they can be seated whilst having reflexology.

Sharon discovered that many ailments are caused by hormonal imbalance – particularly hypothyroidism. A major cause of gynaecological complaints, infertility, constipation, heart disease, carpal tunnel syndrome, depression, weight gain/weight loss, low back pain and many more. This condition is often unsuspected by medical and naturopathic practitioners alike.

Basically what that means is when pressure is applied to the reflex points in the feet this helps relieve tension in different areas of the body.
