Stress Management, Mindfulness and Meditation series.
Deciding which option to choose, it's helpful to think of the four A's: avoid, alter, adapt or accept. Since everyone has a unique response to stress, there is no “one size fits all” solution to managing it.
Sharon is a certified Stress Management Mindfulness and Meditation practitioner and tutor.
The course will be run over 5 weekly sessions on Wednesday evenings over Zoom virtual Training. PDF’s and work manuals will be emailed to all participants. This is YOUR course and a course registration is required to attend the seminars, this allows your tutor to deliver exactly what students will require to help aid with their stress management practice.
Course Objectives
Learn the basic physiological. responses of the human body to various environmental and emotional stresses. Participants will have the ability to differentiate between normal, healthy stress, environmental stressors and emotional stressors both endogenous and reactive.
Promote holistic well-being: The goal of stress management is to achieve a state of balance and harmony in all areas of life. It stresses the essence of fostering physical, mental, and emotional well-being to create a basis for stability and overall wellness.
Evaluate the responses to stressful situations. Apply the techniques of stress management in day-to-day life. Develop personal strengths for preventing stress and achieving meaningful goals.
Knowing how to manage stress can improve mental and physical well-being as well as minimize exacerbation of health-related issues. It's critical to recognize what stress and anxiety look like, take steps to build resilience, and know where to go for help.
All Participants will receive Stress Management Course Manuals. The live seminars will include varied Mindfulness Exercises, Meditations, different styles of breathing exercises, guided meditations, Mindfulness practices including Qui-Gong and MORE…..
