I am a British trained Complementary Healthcare and Integrative Medicine therapist and all qualifications may be viewed upon request.  I also have my Certification in Education and Training.

I immigrated to Canada from the UK in 2011.

My original training began as a Massage Therapist however I wanted to further develop and gain more knowledge of how to treat the human body with more than just massage and this led me to a Degree course in Complementary Therapies & Integrative Medicine.  I graduated from Newcastle College in the UK with a Foundation Degree in Complementary Therapies.  Its a qualification which is not available here in Canada.  The training was very intense and in depth.  It required me to research and train in health and wellness practices to treat the person as an individual as opposed to a diseased body.

My background is of clinical integrative medicine and my degree shows my competency at University Degree standard in all therapies of Complementary Healthcare, including Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Nutrition, Stress Management, Ayurveda, Personal Development.

I am a certified Tutor/Teacher and have my Award in Education And Teaching obtained in the UK.

I set up my own training school, Cocoa Heaven Canadian School of Holistic Training where I offer professional training in holistic therapies, Cocoa Heaven is an approved School of The International Institute of Complementary Therapies (IICT).  I am also a lifetime member of the VTCT which is a training institute in the UK.  

I am a Clinical Reflexologists and trained to Level 5 in Clinical Reflexology (A level of training not available here in Canada) which is the equivalent of HND and second year University Degree.

I am passionate about therapies and loves all aspects of my work including teaching. I believe in raising the standards in the industry and making sure these are upheld from training to treatment.

I am a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist.  I have studied Aromatherapy to degree level and researched this amazing therapy to an in-depth level. Essential oils are always incorporated into my work.

I am a Skincare Consultant having been educated to level 4 in the Ageing and Physiology of the skin. I incorporate my expertise as an Aromatherapist to help treat skin complaints in a completely customized, and natural way. 

I am a Reiki Master/Teacher.  

I also love my work as a Professional Spray Tan Technician, I have over 30 years experience in the field.

I love spending time with my husband and 2 sons. I enjoy going to the gym, reading and holidays! I have 2 cats who came to Canada from England with me and love spoiling them. Although I do miss the rest of my family in the UK, I appreciate the opportunity to live in this wonderful country and thanks to some wonderful people we have met, we as a family are settling very well..
