Since Sharon started as a reflexologist in Newcastle England in 2008 she has continually experimented and then monitored the effects of different techniques and approaches to reflexology.

The training and accumulated experience have enabled the development of Different Reflexology Techniques, some of which are adapted and refined from existing practices, others are her own unique discoveries.  Sharon also trained in ADVANCED REFLEXOLOGY techniques during her degree programme in Integrated Medicine.  Sharon is qualified in VRT Vertical Reflexology Therapy which has shown amazing results for in particular skeletal and muscular issues.  It is an ideal therapy for the elderly as they can be seated whilst having reflexology.
